Workplace Safety for Healthcare Workers – KRS 216.701 – 709
KRS 216.703 requires the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) to develop and disperse the following information to health facilities:
- Guidelines for developing a workplace safety assessment:
- The assessment should at minimum include those strategies listed in KRS 216.705 (2)(a-h).
