​Per HB 90 enacted in the 2025 Legislative Session, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) is required to publish a list of medical facilities that offer perinatal palliative care. OIG does not regulate these facilities; therefore, we are only able to report information provided to our office. It is up to the provider to notify OIG of any changes in service.
