Food Manufacturing Program

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Food Manufacturing Program oversees businesses that formulate and process food for wholesale distribution, grain storage facilities, food storage warehouses, cosmetic manufacturing and hemp-derived cannabinoid food and cosmetic products. All Kentucky area food inspectors are registered sanitarians and have advanced training through the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
