Population Health Branch

The Population Health Branch within the Division of Quality and Population Health ensures that the Medicaid population has access to quality services and resources to improve health outcomes of the entire population it serves.

The Population Health Branch focuses on increasing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to help increase Medicaid members’ access to care and improve their overall health outcomes.
