​​The Eastern Kentucky University Training Resource Center and DCBS Training Branch provide comprehensive training, mentoring and professional development to Department for Community Based Services staff and foster/adoptive parents.

Working in partnership with the University Training Consortium of state public universities, the Eastern Kentucky University Training Resource Center and DCBS Training Branch is responsible for training design, development and delivery.
