Help a Friend

Looking out for the team is part of the game.

Worried about someone else’s gambling?

You don’t need to have all the answers, and you don’t have to handle it alone.

If a friend or family member’s gambling feels off:

  • Start with care, not judgment
  • Share what you’ve noticed, not accusations
  • Encourage breaks and support, not shame

You can also reach out for help for them. The Gambling Helpline supports friends and family, too.
