The Division of Quality Living delivers services statewide to support elderly adults and individuals with physical disabilities. The Division is responsible for helping individuals access essential home and community-based services that promote independence and help prevent premature placement in long-term care facilities. The overarching goal is to support individuals in remaining safely in their own homes for as long as possible.
