Meet Dollar, Caydy, Oscar and Diva. This foursome belongs to Bobbie Walters, who works for the Department for Protection and Permanency in DCBS. Dollar, Caydy and Diva are all rescue animals. Oscar lived in a trash can until he moved in with the Walters Family.
