The Kentucky Department for Public Health, Division  of Public Health Protection & Safety, Food Safety & Cosmetics Branch develops the Statewide Bed and Breakfast Program Plans, Objectives, Policies and Procedures and assists the Cabinets Agents (Local Health Departments) in carrying out the Bed and Breakfast Program in Kentucky.
