Respiratory Disease Program

About the Program

The Kentucky Respiratory Disease Program receives funding from the Preventative Health and Health Services Block Grant to address Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and receives funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to address asthma in the state of Kentucky. The purpose of the program is to increase education and awareness in Kentucky about the signs and symptoms of asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
