*Children whose family income falls between the 151 to 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and qualify for KCHIP are not eligible for non-emergency transportation or EPSDT Special Services.
Families with children in KCHIP who fall between the 151 to 200 percent FPL must pay a $20 monthly premium payment to keep their children's KCHIP benefits. You will receive a monthly bill if you have to pay a premium.
