DCBS Training Branch

The Training Branch provides comprehensive training, mentoring, and professional development to Department for Community Based Services staff, foster/adoptive parents and state contracting officials.

Working in partnership with the University Training Consortium of state public universities, the Training Branch is responsible for the design, development and delivery of training.

• Family Support Unit, Kellie Malone - Supervisor
  This unit is primarily responsible for Family Support.
• Protection and Permanency Unit, Keith Jones - Supervisor
  This unit is primarily responsible for child and adult protection training and foster and adoptive parent training.
• Curriculum Design Unit, Debbie Dever - Supervisor
  This unit is primarily responsible for curriculum writing and updates.
