CHFS Listens: Use this form for general questions, comments and suggestions about Cabinet services and programs. Do not use e-mail to report child/adult abuse, neglect or exploitation.
Reporting child/adult abuse, neglect or exploitation: If you believe a child/adult is being abused, neglected or exploited, please call the Child/Adult Protection Hot Line toll-free at (800) 752-6200. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
Reporting welfare/Medicaid fraud: If you suspect public assistance fraud call the Office of the Inspector General at 1-800-372-2970. You never have to give your name.
