Blue Ribbon Panel on Adoption
The Blue Ribbon Panel on Adoption was created by administrative order on July 7, 2006, to review the processes and practices that lead to the termination of parental rights and adoption of children in Kentucky’s child welfare system.
The panel includes representatives from community advocacy groups, the state legislature, academics and social service workers who are invested in the lives of Kentucky’s foster children.
CHFS Secretary serves as panel chairman.
