Ensure that Cabinet for Health and Family Services' (CHFS) business units use technology to efficiently and effectively deliver comprehensive health and family services to Kentuckians.

• Transform Medicaid systems into those of a modern day commercial health plan.
• Align Information Technology (IT) with CHFS business goals and objectives.
• Dramatically increase the output of the Office of Information Technology while keeping expenses flat.
• Develop easy to use data mining and business intelligence tools for CHFS departments.
