U of L experienced a disruption in its webservers on 8/1/07, which happened to be our cutoff day.  You may access our webserver if you were unsuccessful in uploading your electronic billing at https://136.165.30.34 .  Remember this is only for providers who were not able to upload their file on 8/1.  This only occurred from 9 pm until midnight.

Files will be accepted until midnight, 8/3/07.  If you previously uploaded your file and received a confirmation page, you do not need to send it again.  This is only for providers unable to access our website at all.
